Padme is happy to lead all day or half day retreats or workshops at A Quieter Place, or a different place of your choosing. This service is available for a group looking for an intimate setting and skilled facilitation for generating gentle, compassionate, self-discovery and practical relationship skills into your group’s connections.

Retreat days or workshops may include any of the following, or any combination of the following:

  • Mindfulness Meditation
  • Practical Skills for Mindful Living
  • Guided meditations on a wide range of topics (i.e. compassion, forgiveness, self-care )
  • Mindful communication
  • Talking Circles for fostering healthier and more empathetic community relationships
  • Relationship skill building
  • Private meetings with Padme
